It is a building located very close to Bravo Murillo Street and Reina Victoria Avenue, which has an excellent location, especially for those visitors who come to Madrid for periods of time, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the financial district of Orense, where the Picasso Tower is located, an emblematic skyscraper of the city; El Corte Inglés of Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; in addition to many other shops and shopping centres.
It is a neighbourhood in full development with a great commercial offer and an impressive life in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Market of Wonders, one of the largest food markets in Europe where many of the city's best chefs buy their products. An excellent location for students, executives and also tourists.
